Rules, Terms, and Conditions

Sponsor: Each month's giveaway is sponsored by The Mennonite Mom ("Sponsor") unless otherwise noted. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions.

1. Eligibility (reference each month's giveaway for specific details)

1.1 General Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to all individuals, regardless of their location, unless otherwise specified in the specific giveaway details.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions: Some giveaways may be restricted to certain zones (e.g., the lower 48 states of the U.S.). Please refer to the specific giveaway details to confirm eligibility.

1.3 Monetary Option: For participants located in areas where we are unable to ship the prize, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer the option to receive the prize’s equivalent monetary value instead.

1.4 Age Requirement: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. If under 18, a legal guardian must accept the prize on behalf of the entrant.

2. Entry Period

2.1 Start and End Dates: The entry period for the Giveaway begins the first day of each month, and ends at midnight EST the last day of each month. Winner will be announced in the first week of the following month.

2.2 Late Entries: Entries submitted after the specified end date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry Method: To enter the Giveaway, members of The Inner Circle will be automatically entered every month.

*** Non-member participants must print and fill out our entry form and send it in by mail. The email address provided must be subscribed to the email list at themennonitemom.com. The envelope needs to be addressed as follows: "The Mennonite Mom [Month] Giveaway" and must include a return address on the outside. Each giveaway requires a separate entry form. No more than one entry form per envelope.***

3.2 Limitations: Each participant may submit only one entry per person/email address unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same person/email address will result in disqualification.

3.3 No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 Selection Process: The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted in the first week of the following month.

4.2 Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.3 Notification: The winner will be announced within the Inner Circle Membership group. Additionally, the winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.

4.4 Claiming the Prize: Winners must claim their prize by following the instructions provided in the notification. If a winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Responsibility for Shipping: The Sponsor will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner within the specified region of the particular giveaway. The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving the prize. Depending on the value of the prize, the winner may be required to provide personal information to the Sponsor for the purpose of issuing a 1099 form and paying income tax on the item.

5.2 Delivery Restrictions: Prizes will be shipped only to addresses within the particular giveaway's specified region. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Privacy

6.1 Use of Personal Information: The Sponsor will collect personal information from entrants solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and communicating with participants. The Sponsor may also use the information to send promotional materials. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

6.2 Third-Party Sharing: The Sponsor will not share personal information with third parties, except as necessary to administer the Giveaway or as required by law.

7. Disqualification

7.1 False Information: Any entrant who provides false information or violates these Rules will be disqualified.

7.2 Multiple Entries: Multiple entries beyond the allowed limit will result in disqualification.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 General Release: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway, including but not limited to the awarding, receipt, and use or misuse of the prize.

8.2 Technical Issues: The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, or delayed entries due to technical problems or any other reason.

9. Amendments and Termination

9.1 Right to Amend: The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Sponsor's website.

9.2 Right to Terminate: The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Giveaway in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control.
